The inhaled aroma from flowers, bark, stems, and leaves is widely believed to stimulate brain function, enhance psychological and physical well-being. In this workshop we will create a small decorative planter with some of the most easily recognized and versatile herbs that can be used in aromatherapy. This planter is in a cute old-style wooden tool box modified for planting and includes three wonderfully scented and edible herbs.
Price includes 3 herb plants, soil, container, expert instruction, local wine, and a light dinner.

Learn how to create an aromatherapy garden in a yard of any size. We will discuss which plants are the most versatile for aromatherapy and what they are used for.Besides just creating a fragrant landscape, you will learn about useful plants that you can cut, dry, or add to any dish to enhance your psychological and physical well-being
Salsa is fun to make and eat, but who would have known that it is so fun to grow! We will plant a pot with ingredients such as tomatoes and peppers to make a fantastic salsa at harvest time.
Sedums come in all shapes and sizes and can create a very unique look perfect for any dock or patio. In this workshop we will be using a strawberry planter as the container and filling it with all sorts of fun and funky sedums. Each person will go home with an easy care creative container that will be the envy of the neighborhood. Enjoy local wines while you get creative.
