This individual will play a part in holding a lasting impression for our customer's shopping experience at Al's Garden & Home. This position is responsible for helping customers find and purchase quality branded patio furniture that suits their outdoor living needs as well as the coordination of the patio furniture delivery and setup. 

Essential Functions Include:

  • Embracing Al's mission to be a great place to work by maintaining a positive and engaging work through motivation and teamwork.
  • Participate in patio furniture training and be the subject matter expert of the type and brand of patio furniture available at Al's. 
  • Work closely with the Buyer for product needs and ensure all areas are full and product is tagged appropriately.
  • Ensure accurate signage is in use in Patio Furniture department.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of Patio Furniture department which includes tables, chairs, umbrellas, bases and floor space.
  • Develop knowledge of other departments to offer cross-department customer service. 
  • Achieve daily goals as communicated by management.
  • Assist with all other related tasks and duties as assigned by store management.
