Georgia Blue Speedwell is an evergreen perennial with small dark green leaves that have a hue of purple through the Summer and turn bronzy-purple in the Winter.  'Georgia Blue' creeps and covers quickly, once it is established it is drought resistant.  This is a great ground cover and can be used for slopes, borders/beds, rock gardens, edging walls, and containers.
