Hanging Basket Fundraiser Program

We are sold out of our 2024 Hanging Baskets for the Fundraising Distribution Program.

Al’s Garden & Home offers a Distribution Program and a Voucher Program featuring our home-grown hanging baskets and poinsettias. Each program is outlined below.

Overview:	Convenient delivery of 10” or 12” premium hanging baskets (mixed sun/mixed shade) to donors/supporters. Promote the presell basket program to your group and consolidate orders into one master order. Al’s delivers the bulk basket order to one location at a date and time that you designate OR you can pick up at our greenhouse growing location. There is a $2.25 per mile delivery fee one way to your location. Delivery schedule determined on a first come, first serve basis. Sort and deliver your orders OR hold a pick-up session for your donors/supporters.	Sell 10" or 12" basket vouchers that can be redeemed for sun or shade combos of your choice. Donors/supporters redeem voucher(s) at any of our four retail locations during specified dates of redemption. Determine the quantity of vouchers your group wants to sell OR presell to donors/supporters and pick up vouchers to distribute. Vouchers available early March 2024. Vouchers are the same as cash. If lost or stolen, they must be paid for.
Details:	Establish a price for your group to resell the baskets to meet your fundraising goals. As a guideline, most groups resell the 10” basket for $30 each and the 12” basket for $40 each. Dates to Keep in Mind:	Begin preselling hanging baskets in mid-March. Have group members collect money at the time they make the sale. Provide a final consolidated order at least 2 weeks prior to your delivery date or pick-up. Have your customers submit their orders to you at least 1 week prior to your deadline with Al’s. Ex: Delivery date: May 5^th Final consolidated order submitted: April 21st Basket delivery: April 21st - May 12th, 2024. No basket delivery on weekends.	Hanging basket vouchers can be redeemed at any Al’s Garden & Home location from Thursday, April 18th - Tuesday, May 7th, 2024. Final consolidated order: April 12^th Vouchers delivered to donors/supporters by: April 21st Unused vouchers returned by: April 18th to credit your account. After April 17th, all vouchers checked out will be billed in full to your account.
Payment:	Payment made at the time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time. We accept one check made out to Al’s Garden & Home for your invoice total or cash. Credit cards not accepted for fundraising orders.	All invoices are paid in full when you return unsold vouchers or when you pick up your finalized voucher order unless prior arrangements were made. We accept one (1) check made out to Al’s Garden & Home for your invoice total or cash. Credit cards not accepted for fundraising orders.
