Get grounded with a rejuvenating and relaxing yoga practice at Al's of Sherwood. Al's has you covered in our beautiful greenhouse. Surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful blooming plants, you’ll stretch and sweat out all your worries and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Your ticket price includes an hour-long gentle flow yoga session, focusing on light, flowing movements while allowing time to expand, hold and enjoy each pose. The combination of breath and movement will be emphasized so that the students can mindfully flow from posture to posture.
This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket/towel for extra support (if desired), hydration, appropriate clothing.
